Lenovo tablet pc MIIX 310-101CR

Hi everyone i need help on this Lenovo tablet pc MIIX 310-101CR model:80SG the problem is the owner forgot the windows password, so ill try to reset the pc but there is a errror saying additional spaces on the drive. so ill tried booting to bios to have clean install but the problem it has system password.when i open the tablet and check the bios chip to read it is qfn-8 chip and i dont have adapter to read it and program.Is there a change to reformat this tablet without going to bios?please i need help and advise

page 28 of the manual states the bios password cant be reset etc

thanks for the response mine have svp forgotten so there is no chance to fix this tablet unless to pullout the chip?
