    There is no point replacing RS807 unless you also replace ics801s. The standby is is shorted, that is what opened the resistor.
    Check the ic between pins 4,5 (Drain) and pin 3 (CS), It is likely shorted.

      Ok, wasn't clear if ICS801S was good or not so need to replace both, then give it a try.

        I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

          @RJ , is this the same resistor like in washingmachines? If SMPS fails the resistor fails also?

          Any idea how much ohm it should be? 35 maybe?

            Red prope on CS and black on drain reads +/-645.

              How do you get +/- 645 Ohms reading? Did you set the meter to Ohm mode to check the resistance?
