there is no 1k EC bios , even SIO is at least 32kb ...
but this machine somehow they have done that , strangely and no sense at all , but anyway , here it is both bios , and also your 25L64C bios is very recent low voltage chip , so you must try to find out a compatible ROM for low voltage with 64mb that can be read write by your programmer even if you need to make an adapter to reduce the voltage to 1,8V
