(SOLVED) Sylvania 6626LCT - Screen flashes then goes black

Issue: 6626LCT turns on, screen flashes with "Digital Television" in the bottom right part of the screen, then goes dark.

Solution: Replace inverter board (4H.V0708.001/E5 V070-001)
