One thing note please that Service Tag# in back of laptop is only: HHJ92M1
but in bios its show HHJ92M1-1F5A

sorry friend, I can't help you, wish I could.
the 1F5A service tags do not work in the Bios password generator, they only work for the older service tags like the 2A7B and 595B etc

you need to enter your password on a Qwerty keyboard, US or UK etc
also passwords are case sensitive, so enter as seen
then hold down control and then press enter twice

I have the dual bios chips for the dell latitude e6410 bios password locked.
They do require some soldering and the use of a hot air rework station but
its a 10 minute job. The bios password are encrypted inside the eeprom chip.
Taking the cmos battery will not remove the bios password.
