        looking at the white outline on the board, it looks low.
        hopefully one row low, and not someplace in the middle!

          i just reflowed it and will post whats the result in a bit after it cools down gotta pop out and get shopping.
          so hopefully later today ill have a result

            nothing has changed , im thinking maybe that cpu was dead.

            im going to stick the old one back in and see if that works

              when you lift the cpu, see if any of the balls had bridged.

                You're not checking the coils...lol...Need to desolder & check which side/pin is shorted on mobo pad & then follow in schematic which rail/component is causing that...
