    New World Order

Germany's interior minister on Friday defended a proposal to use "Trojan horse" software to search potential suspects' hard drives without their knowledge, calling it a tough but necessary measure against terrorism. full article

how far will they take this stuff though. you can bet the antivirus companies will agree to let this shit through.

    * good luck in searching through a few terabytes of pron and warez motherfuckers........hahahahaha

the thing is though that it is only needed to grab someones browser history and then there is a whole bunch of "evidence" of course that enters the sphere of "thinking" about committing a crime but not actually committing it.

Like being busted because your credit card information was stolen and used to purchase illegal porn. Personal data security will be more and more important in the future. Some data somewhere can ruin your life even though you were innocent..........

Re: German minister defends 'Trojan horse' spy tactic as needed to fight terror

As far as I'm aware hardware in modern PC's has already been doing this for some years. Why else would efficiency be so drastically reduced and what's all that hard drive chugging for no reason? (since around 2k onward...)

I think if you're not really susceptible to being severely brainwashed by what you read on the internet and buy into cheap convincing rhetoric from "self appointed cocksure angry uneducated nobodies" (pretty much most internet mentalists) then there shouldn't be much to worry about. When in doubt go for a jog in the real world, gazing at net porn for too long I hear can give you wierd ideas. According to some research that was on TV here once alot of people (more than could fill prisons) start having fantasies about making love with animals, underage and their family members when very highly aroused over long periods.

I wonder what makes people want to make all these bombs though, I remember last year a school kid building a nuke, luckily MI5 ran in just in time I think it was.

Re: German minister defends 'Trojan horse' spy tactic as needed to fight terror

Well, sadly in Germany any minister for inner security has to make new draconian laws to be consider a good one.
But the current minister Schaueble is a former victim of the left wing terror group RAF.
I think he has not dealt with this issue and lives in a permanent state of fear and insecurity.
So he wants to alter the law, that every person could be considered as an potential terrorist and may be arrested, spied or even executed without any formal process.

Its like the patriot act of Mr. Bush II, but the difference is that Germany was not attacked by any one.
I think the real reason for those laws is, that they must passed as long as the economic is still working and people are somehow happy and satisfied.
Then when the big bang will come (i think around the next 25 years), the military and police can easily handle any critics easily.
The other project of the minister Schaueble is the terrorist database, which is on duty now.
If you get in contact with an "may be" terrorist, who is already stored in the database, you will put in this database to as "potential terrorist".
Your friends too. Funny isn`t it?
ATM there are "only" Muslim terrorist stored at the database AFAIR about 270,000 as starting entries.
I assume they will urgently need some more disk space in a few months.
There are many other laws in discussion, like personal Internet data storage for about a few months, the possibility to use military personal for inner police duties and finally to use the data from German autobahn tax system in police investigations (if you don`t know, any control station is equipt with very good camera, to get the face of the driver ...the UK police could probably deliver the missing picture ID system...).

          Psychological profiling.

          Computer modeling.

          Income justification.

If it generates jobs for your long term unemployed german anarchists/unemployed (not likely with so many University of Mud Shack first class honors graduates floating around - well they're popular here in UK despite not knowing words longer than eight letters) then I guess it's cool, although I saw them dressed in black protesting last month on our news (very sexy - I'm glad they're allowed to live, despite not contributing toward their upkeep).

This is yet another reason for the government to intrude into everyones' lives.

Read "State of Fear" by Michael Crichton (Jurassic Park, Andromoda Strain, etc). He presents a compelling argument for the government using 'fear of everything' against the populace. See the movie, "V for Vendetta". Same theme.

If any government was serious about terrorists, they would deport every green card in the country. Deporting the green cards would have removed 95% of those who participated in the 9/11 terrorist act in New York. France, Britain, Netherlands, and the US are overrun with Muslims on green cards on welfare. Send them all home.

But they will not. Homeland Security, Welfare, etc, is big business. And this provides votes for politicians who pander to illegals and green card types.

The whole thing is screwed up and has been for a long time. Having a green card or visa is no guarantee of good character.

One of the things that irritate me about things like this is that details are left out of the argument, on both sides. For example, an argument was made; "completely shutting down the border to all except those persons who have been approved for entry wouldn't make the country any safer". The 19 hijackers, it was said, were all here legally.

              https://cdn.badcaps-static.com/pdfs/...8694c29800.pdf
              Overview of the hijacker's visas
The 9/11 hijackers submitted 23 visa applications during the course of the plot, and 22 of these applications were approved. The hijackers applied for visas at five U.S. consulatesor embassies overseas; two of them were interviewed. One consular officer issued visas to 11 of the 19 hijackers. Of the eight other conspirators in the plot who sought visas, three succeeded, but only one of the three later sought to use the visa to enter the United States.

But how can 19 people legally hold 22 visas?
              .

Pandor's box has already been opened and this is just the next step its its evolution

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

how long before these new laws that were "forced" upon people become even more perverted cause its the easy thing to do...rather the proper police work.

how long till people are just grabbed of the streets by governments agencies cause they can and nobody says anything because of FEAR

how long till citizens just disappear, haven't we seen this too many times in the 20th century

there was a time when if a police force wanted to tap a phone they had to go to a judge and basically show just cause as to why....

Its these checks and balances that protect us all, any laws without these checks and balances is bad

Roll on 1984....big brother is alive and well and I am not talking about the TV show

sad sick world we live in
You step into the Road, and if you don't keep your feet, there is no knowing where you may be swept off to." Bilbo Baggins ...

The whole population and every UK visitor should be added to the national DNA database, a senior judge has said.

"We have a situation where if you happen to have been in the hands of the police then your DNA is on permanent record. If you haven't, it isn't.

"It means where there is ethnic profiling going on disproportionate numbers of ethnic minorities get onto the database.

He added it would be fairer to include "everybody, guilty or innocent" on it.

oh yes how unfair.....sign me up

then a little bit closer to......if you are not on the database then you must be a criminal.

                    Re: New World Order

I would call it the "boiling frog" scheme.
First store DNS of anyone who comes into close contact with police or just take some generally considered evil persons like child abuse etc.
If someone is against that, ask him if he is a criminal. If the system is engaged just put the rest of the people into the system with any dumb or silly justification.
As the whole thing is old news, not much media attention would be there.

I personal think, that there are only very few reasons to put someones DNA into a database.
This would be for me only a murderer or sex offender (not what it is considered in USA...i mean a real crime not only verbally) including child abuse.
And the most important thing would be, that any false entry had to be deleted immediately.

This is the biggest problem at all, as obviously it is the exact opposite, a investigator would like to do.
I see it here in Germany, any entry should be deleted after a determined timespan.
But the agencies are not willing to comply with this, and most of the data protection commissioner are more an more soft washed due to politics etc.

Germany arrests 3 over alleged bomb plots

(How timely, now the authorities have the amunition they need to force into law)

Bob Ayres, a former U.S. intelligence officer who is an analyst at Chatham House, a London think tank, said the radical ideology embraced by Islamic militants outweighs national loyalty, noting that many of those arrested in alleged European terror plots in recent years grew up here.

“They're not Germans, Brits or French. They are radical Muslims living in these countries,” he said.

(aparently if you're not a law abiding citizen, you're not a citizen at all...probably a radical muslim or similar. I don't condone terrorism in any form whether it's from these terrorists or the gov'ts promoting hate between religions.)
