There`s a number of different ways to fix it.

1. Clean the ME firmware using the guide at win-raid https://www.win-raid.com/t1658f39-Gu...alization.html

Your ME FW is version 7 so follow section D3 "D3. ME 7 - 10 & TXE 1 - 2"

All links to the tools and firmware are here https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=88533

2. Enter the serial number CZC201GGMQ at hp support

https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers...V&ssfFlag=true

Download the bios sp96026.exe (or an older version) ,extract the exe using 7-zip or winrar. The full 8MB virgin bios is in the DOS FLASH folder.

Use HP dmi tools to enter the serial, feature byte etc.Use Intel MAC address tools from ASRock to add the MAC https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=89270

3. Use UEFITool 0.27 to extract the ME region from the virgin bios and replace it in your backup bios

4. Use UEFITool 0.27 to extract the GbE region and bios region from your backup and replace the ones in the new bios .

5. Use UEFITool to extract the GBe region and padding area at 510000h in your backup, replace the GbE region then copy the padding area into the new bios using a hex editor

.
