PLASMA TV 42PA4520-TJ: Vs Short cicuited...

I'm working on an LG PLASMA TVC (model: 42PA4520). Short cicuit because of faulty FETs. I can read the following on 2 of these:
G7S313u
I R 235P
B3

and

G7S313U
I R 236P
B4

They seem to be N-channel and P-channel respectively (or vice-versa).
Could anyone help to identify these 2 FETs and/or find possible replacement parts for them? Which one is the N-channel? (or are they both the same?)

Not sure how you concluded 1 is N and the other P channel when they both have the same part number.

IR = International Rectifier

(G7S313U)PDP TRENCH IGBT TRANSISTOR IRG7S313UPbF BY INTERNATIONAL RECTIFIER.

GOOGLE really does work sometimes.

In fact the 2 components are designated on PC board as Q's not D's...This why I assumed they should be FET's.. Next to these I can see other similar (in shape) components labeled as D's: each one (when tested) indicates that it is: 2 diodes integtated in one package (the usual double-diode components used in Power Supplies OUTs of of LCD, Plasma...TVs)...
So what do you think...?
I guess I must figure out what their function is in the circuit...
I don't have the schematic...

Not sure iff I'd bother at component level. Plenty available in the US.
