Samsung un32eh4003

1st off sorry no pics
This tv just does not have very good color
Skin tone is pale I updated firmware and restarted the tv the tv then said needed to go into service menu and set things
Service menu lists options type as 32a6ahid,32a6afod, 32a6ahod etc etc
None of these numbers match the panel number or any other number I can find
I do not see much difference when trying different numbers
Under svc in the service menu I get T-CON download failure
What exactly is t-con download I am assuming the t-con is bad somehow
I wanted some input from the forum
The tv is watchable but just not perfect
I may take it apart again if somebody has a good idea of something to try
I am just donating this tv so i will not spend too much time on it
But if anybody knows about t-con download failure i would like to know
Because adjusting color gains and color offsets has not helped me much

I think T-con has it's own firmware as well. Could be wrong. No expert. But i think i read while back somebody doing firmware repair on a t-con but memory is not best.

Looking like the TCon is part of the panel, not separate

Yep no separate T-Con Board I will try to take pics but on dial-up internet it is hard to upload
I have decided it is the T-Con But for future reference it would be nice to know which
of the numbers 32a6ahid,32a6afod, 32a6ahod etc etc I am supposed to pick.
Since they do not match any numbers I can find. In service menu if I pick a different number the screen turns upside down but when restart tv it is back to rightside up and I do not notice much difference in pic quality but if I remember correctly some numbers give me the options to adjust some features in service menu where as some numbers the options are greyed out

Ok so I will try upload
These pics the tv looks ok but could be better
Tell me your opinions if the tv bad or is it jut my imagination
Look at the one with the presidents that one it is more noticeable

Doesn't look that bad, first one looks tad blurry, skin tone is little off but simply adjusting some settings should fix that. in my opinion. tried adjusting the RGB?

I have tried adjusting RGB so far I can only make it worse not better
If I use the Dynamic pic setting it is too strong of a pic as if too much color sometimes a greenish sheen around peoples hair But I will try again with the settings

Tried readjusting everything pic is better but not to my satisfaction
it seem maybe I just am used to a better quality pic even for a 720p tv
My sony 720p has a much richer color tone to it
To me this tv has a washed out pic color wise and adjusting RGB either gives an ok pic or
to much pinkinsh color Oh well looking at reviews for this tv people were not that impressed with it anyway so I will just give it away so some charity
