They're both SPDT , so it's fine .

It depends on the application.
The T70 is SPDT gold-plated silver contacts, which are suitable for low current loads. Low power 30mA coil. Replaced by T72.
That Songle is silver chinesium contacts and 37.5mA coil.
For my time and money, I don't go bottom price and either Panasonic/Omron/Tyco I prefer.
