Re: Sony Kdl-60ex645 bad LED how to use dummy load to trick it?
But if you look at the Input power of only 50VA, so 330v @ 1A will be 330W of power, box is too small to be able to deliver that much power.
The other one in your other link (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/3285...5c24401b25ceO9) at least does show 90W (300V @300mA = 90W.
Beside "Constant Current Board Testing Current: 0-999mA" What does that means when the Iout is stated @ 150mA,it is just another Chinese spec to sell the products.
Follow-up: if you look at the bottom of the page, you will have to use External Constant current board to supply that 999mA, and I do not know why it also shows you have to power up your TV power supply.
Also at 330V with Iout rating of 150mA = 49.50W.

This is one of the reviews "The device works but the maximum current of 150 Ma does not yield in the entire voltage range. At a load voltage of 80 volts, the maximum current issued by the device is 82ma.
Re: Sony Kdl-60ex645 bad LED how to use dummy load to trick it?
I never believe any of these Chinese spec until I can actually test them. If you look at the TV LED driver power supply section you will see how big they are to be able to drive at that spec, so looking at the size of these boxes, no way it can deliver what they are claiming.
