compaq mini 110c-1130ef bios file needed

Hello everybody

I need a bios bin file for bios compaq mini 110c-1130ef
on hp support there is a bios file as *.exe (sp47135.exe)
but i cant extract a bin or rom file from it
so can anyone give me a working file please & i am thankfull
