Before you heat up the PCH. What is the diode measurebof the pch main power rail? Red probe to GND and Black to the pwr rail.

Also check UZ1, UZ7 for continuity (pin1》pin14) and (pin7》pin8).

Also, any history of this board. I mean was water damage? Any charging issues? Have you replaced any burned ICs ? .. etc?
