Hello all and i want to apologize for my bad english.
I have a problem with my pioneer djm 800 mixer and i would appreciate if somebody could help me.
The mixer is working well except the display. When i turned the mixer on the display wont to start at all. I opened the mixer i cleaned well the board which the display is on i checked for bad solders but nothing.
Below appears a photo of the bottom of the board which the display is, the manual of mixer and two prtscns, one of the circuit which the display is and second the one of two outputs of psu.
In the connector CN2101 i have these voltages:
pin1=33V
pin2 gnd
pin3=0,6v
pin4=4,5v
pin5=186mv
pin6=280mv
.
.
.
pin24 VF-=-50mv
pin25 VF+=2,6V
Also in the pins of display i have these voltages:
pin27=0,6v
pin28=4,55v
pin29=186mv
pin30=280mv
pin31=5v
pin32=33v
pin33=0
pin34=8mv
pin39=-50mv
Is ti possible some of these voltages be bad and the display wont turn on at all?
Also i have two output connectors from psu. In first one i have the correct voltages accord to the manual. in second i have these voltages:
pin1=11.5v
pin2=8.5v
pin3=0
pin4=5v
pin5=0
pin6=3,3v
pin7=3,2v
pin8=0
pin9=2,8v
pin10=-150mv!
Is it possible to have dead display due to these voltages of psu?
Thanks in advance!
