Hi, this laptop has some weird issues.

It tries to boot and has voltage on all big coils, but seems to reset itself continuously.

There are activity in spi bios bus, and that seems to repeat also.

Battery also doesn't charge, but with lab psu it gets some of charge.

The charger circuit is a bq24780, and ACDET/ACOK are good, but there are no pulses for charger mosfets. (i2c bus also has activity. (pin 11&12)

Power led doesn't light, but cpu and gpu both get a bit hot.

Just in case I've programmed a new bios dump, but nothing change.

The kbc is a Nuvoton NPCE285PA0DX. (I think it is programmable)

I've searching for schematic and kbc dump but seems not to be available.

Anyone can help with this laptop?

I also didn't find such schematic, but there is some coincidences in "buzz kbl 16932". I think that Nuvoton NPCE285PA0DX isn't programmable
