Try this one, if it doesn`t work then flash the one by peste and enter the DMI manually.

Hello all,
i bought dead Probook 470 G5 with burned mosfet.
Now the machine is powering on,but with black screen,Caps lock and Num lock is blinking 5 times.After that fan goes at full speed.
I tried files in this thread even some from 450 G5 thread,but no luck.
Can you pls. try to clean my backup dump?

Hi guys, i have hp probook 470 g5 that si flashing capslock+numlock 5 times followed by the fan turning on and ramping to maximum speed. The screen is off the entire time. Please help, here's the original bios dump.
