![]() Hi i got a same problem on my k50ij main board rev 2.1 it wont turn on . .i just used yesterday everything is Good.but now it wont
No lights or total dead.i need guide were to look |

![]() Check if there is a voltage out of the power adapter.
Then mate it to your laptop and confirm the voltages on the logic board starting with the dcin power connector. |

![]() See above. Locate and confirm if there is a pushbutton switch on your board to mimic the on/off function.

![]() Yup thats it on boardview .im now quite confused 😶😶😶what is negative and positive to make it turn on .also i try buy the button for my laptop but its not available on my hometown.can u gave me a switch type i should used,?

![]() Measure the voltage to ground of pins 1 & 3 (either is ok as they are the same).
If you use tweezers or a piece of wire between pins 1 & 2 OR 3 & 4 (either pair is ok), this should act like your ON/OFF button. That is, when the ON/OFF signal line is brought to a LOW level, you should be able to turn ON the logic board or OFF if it is ON. |
