this is backup of working bios but keyboard +usb is not wok if u have asolution

The touch screen solution of the local machine didn't work, I have the zed note and it didn't work and my keyboard and mouse are still off

both same issue.. owner said. kb nad tp usb ports is working before he attemp to reformat and when he change some settings in bios thats happen.. all disable.
is there anything i can do to this. reset switch from other model is useful. but this on has no switch like that,

I have a Laptop / ZED AIR / IL.1406G.232 WAS C2W and I get a Recovery message

Press the Windows key for UEFI Firmware Setti Oxc000000f and he asked me Press the Windows key for UEFI Firmware but the keyboard does not work and also the usb keyboard does not work all the ports are closed What is the solution help me I can't do anything
