Asus K53SV 3.0 main board need references

Hi, I have a asus K53SV 3.0 main board and I have the BQ24740 not working (there is a hole in the chip) and a double diode (I presume this is that) which start by "2W" and I don't what is it exactly, so I'm coming here to ask you if somebody that have the schematics or something can give me the reference of this double diode please.

OpenBoardView can open it if you grab the key on the IRC channel. Otherwise you can use PCBRepairTool.

The BoardView is not gonna help you though.
