hp Mainboard component find help

hi hp motherboard :HP 14-ab015tu - DAX12AMB6D0
No power, and looks like is a short on the component marked on picture 1.
on the component is marked as MS4Y8 and was imposible for me to find any info about it and no boardview file to find it.
Pease any help on the componenet or better providing the brd view file?.

look for schematics of mainboard model: Quanta X12 or Quanta X12A

Yes looks like SY8208 or sy8206 I also see similar number SYX198CQNC, but is likely SY8208
