Toshiba qosmio g40 -11d pci express error!!!!

Dear all

i have mobo FTUsy4 which at startup i get PCI EXPRESS ERROR.

I CAN NOT login into the bios by pressing ESC or F1 or F2 key.
Does anyone have any idea to bypass this message.
