    Toshiba 32av5000u-help identify resistor

    Hello guys
I'm trying to fix a Toshiba 32av5000u with apparently a power supply problem.I found a blown fuse and shorted Mosfet (Q601), I found the resistor R621 shorted out.I didn't find any schematic of the power board.
The first image is the resistor I took out from the board. The second one is an image of the board found online. Can you please help me identify the value of the resistor R621. The 5 band resistor is green, brown, gray, blue and silver which is 538 Mohm right?
I've never seen any resistor that big in my life!!
Can someone confirm what the value if this resistor please?

    Thank you guys in advance!

That is very low Ohm resistor (<1 Ohm) connected between the Source pin of the MOSFET Q601 and Hot side circuit ground, these power resistor will be blown open circuit when too much current flow through it, so nothing is wrong with that resistor.
You need to upload good clear straight shots of the whole top and bottom side of YOUR board for us to look at.
Q601 is for the PFC Voltage booster circuit, when it shorted it may have taken out the PFC IC with it too.
I cannot clearly see the color bands of the resistor to get the real color.
What is the history of the TV?
Is this the exact matched to what you have? See the barcode number.

Thank you budm for the heads-up!
I uploaded the top and bottom of the Power board! (the resistor and the Mosfet are removed)

        Update:
Replaced the Mosfet with more capable one, that I took out from another power supply, replaced the fuse and when I turned on the TV, the main Tank capacitor blow up! and i had my room full of smoke!
I didn't loose hope, because from the beginning I suspected someone messed around with the Tank capacitor, because of the poor soldering job. I pulled the blown cap out and find out that it's 220uF 200V. After some digging online, I found a schematic with the components values, so it turns out that the Tank cap is 100uF 450V. Unfortunately, I didn't have that cap, but I had a board with 2X 56uF 450V, which I soldered them in parallel and Bingo TV is working now!
Thank you Budm for your input and I really appreciate your help!

Thanks for the follow-up. It is always good to recheck someone else works, I hope whom ever worked on this TV before you did not do the same poor works on some one else TV's too.

That guy put a 200 v in a 450 v application, seeing THAT...I'm hoping that he didn't BLOW himself up.

the guy was lucky, because I think, he only replaced the cap thinking it would fix the problem, and since the Mosfet was shorted out and obviously the fuse is open it didn't do anything!
Nowadays, I see more people who don't have any knowledge about electronics and electricity who try to repair their TV's and this can be fatal sometimes!
My advice to all people who don't have any knowledge about electricity, don't play around with high voltage it can cost you your life!
