ASUS X555LD Rev. 3.1 no power on CPU

Hello again,

The next board I purchased to make my F 555 work again.

Board starts immediately after I plug charger inside, GPU gets warm, but CPU not.
No screen.

I guess CPU doesn't get supply voltage, no voltage on PL8003, the big inductor to deliver CPU voltage.
+3VA_EC, 5V etc. are all there.

Which points shall I measure?

Measuring resistance to ground is hard because of very low CPU voltage...

CPU phase seems to be shorted to ground, I try removing components...

CPU voltage regulator seems to shut down because of short

Removed PCE8001, problem persists. So this was not a faulty cap

PLE8003 removed, no voltage on both sides -> PU8000 dead?

Resistance to ground on PIN2 still less than 1 Ohm, on a working board the resistance is 9 ohms, so there has to be a short somewhere in the CPU_VCC circuit? Or is the CPU dead?
Should I apply CPU supply voltage (1,7V) to the circuit and see which component gets warm?

CORE_PWRGD is not present

ALL_SYSTEM_PWRGD is present.
