I have the image on the LCD but no backlight because the pin 36 (INTERFACE CONNECTION MODULE PIN CONFIGURATION - CONNECTOR LVDS) don't have the sufficient voltage
Replace it. It always break down. But test LCD panel on another laptop. When this Dport->LVDS decoder breaks down in many times it destroy every LCD that is connected to it. it cost few bucks

I think I have the same problem with RAM, the onboard RAM and the added 4GB default ram heats up to 100 centigrade degrees when I disconnect the battery and power up the device using only the adapter. Again there were no LCD light; LCD did not power up only the power+HDD activity lights were lit.
Do I have to disable the on board RAM or I need to completely remove it by desoldering?
