Nikon D810 - What is component pls 41RA sot-26

Hello, in the I/O power board on this DLSR, this component is shorted, and I can"t find it on the web.
It's 6 pins box with marking code 41RA (and a little date code : 11), I can't find it with 41, 41R or 41RA
So you know what is it pls ?

PBSS4160V (transistor)
This chip has a marking code 41 (but not 41RA) and according to the datasheet, 4 pins are the same one, as on the pcb (see picture).
Could you confirm pls ?

If that is not it, it could be similar to a IRF5800 mosfet?

Yes it is similar, but I guess it is not equivalent. One is a transistor, and the IRF is a mosfet (so work with voltage).
PBSS4160V is discontinued and very very hard to find. Too bad. The lone shop sell it for 15-20 euro (with shipping, tax, and other surprises). And the board have a lot of oxydation, 6 components have a bad head, cleaned but something else could be broken. So I will buy a new I/O power board for 40 euro and the DLSR will be like new.

If you search for tsop-6 mosfet you may find a suitable component, there are lots to choose from.
I do see a similar SOT-163, SI3441DV with a 41 marking code.
