HP 15-dw3000 strange problem

gpt52 la-k201p rev 3
comes with black screen
all voltages are present
i try to flash the bios but same problem
the power on with 0.8amps consumption
i notice something strange
the cpu becomes very hot but the fan not turning on
but the fan is working fine because it's spinning and stop when the laptop power on
i assume the cpu is defective .

Hp's usually have fan as always on -so fan should be spinning all the time. but that should'nt be the focus point. You have not shared any measurement-so cant say anything about cpu. start with resistance to GND on all coils.

no short on all coil and the reading is normal .
