HP Elite X2 1012 G2 White "blemishes" on screen

Hi guys.
I purchased used HP Elite X2 1012 G2 but upon booting I noticed these white marks.
Something to worry about,will it progress over time and what could possibly cause this?

those are pressure marks and are caused by putting really high push pressure in those areas from what i know they can't be fixed unless the display is replaced

Oh okay...so someone was using a too much force while touching the display?
Hmm I don't mind since they are only visible at black background, but I got scared.
So it won't progress over time?

they can get bigger overtime if the pressure is still applied but otherwise should stay at the size they are now
