Sony xbr65x750d 4 red flashes

I have a Sony XBR65X750D does anyone have an idea what the 4 flashes mean or a service manual? The TV LED strips are good. I had the panel open to check the strips with a tester. The TV comes up I can see the SONY Logo for 2 seconds then it shuts down.

I believe the 4 blink error is backlight issues.
Unfortunately pretty common with the kdl 65 and 75 series.

1) All connectors in place and TV is off, put the meter black probe on the chassis, red probe on the +OUT1 of the LED connector then turn on the TV while watching the meter to see how high the Voltage jumps up to then turn off the TV.
2) Repeat the same test on -OUT1 of the LED connector.
3) What Voltage does it show on the LED tester when you test the LED string by removing the LED connector from the power supply board and then put the LED tester probes on the +OUT1 and -OUT1 on the LED connector that goes to the panel?
