Try clean ME file, if not work , find other issue.

Try to read the chip again, the bin file should be 16MB not 1KB size.
Also write your device serial number.

Hi hoaca388, your a life saver, thank you, it worked, at 1st I had a 7 beep, after flashing the file, I did reconnect the touch pad cable, and it booted once again into life, i cant thank you enough.

Problem with thinkpad x250

Problem with x250. On the original bios, the laptop flashes the LED 3 times when the power supply is plugged in. After pressing the switch, the laptop turns on for one second. On other bios the laptop starts up with no picture and gives 4 short beeps from the speakers, the keyboard lights up and when you press the spacebar the brightness of its backlight changes. Please help

my original bios, I think, is corrupted. I dumped my bios with the EZP2023+ programmer. Thanks in advance any help apprieciated
