IBM NetVistas bad caps - Intel 815 Socket 370 Mobos

Had 3 of them die just in the within the last month, split tops on the caps. They take four 1500uf, 6.3v caps to fix them. FYI just because it's an IBM with an Intel mobo doesn't mean it can't have the bad caps.

seen a mess of those myself.
just fixed 300 of the ibm thin clients for the same issue..

Just got one today myself...It partially works...but the caps have pop'd open adjacent to the chipset...

G-Luxon...same ones as my ECS mainboards...

I have same problim, solved by changing caps
