Try the other bios i posted. There are v-pro and non-vpro bioses - depending on the laptop configuration.You can check the shipped spec at dell, enter your service tag under the System configuration .V-Pro has full support for AMT.

Does it have the original wifi card, intel 7265. Have you done a clean install of win 8 or 10 ? , have you tried with linux.Have you installed the drivers from dell .

wifi card is not detected in bios even i change with wifi cards but it showing mac adress in sys info
