Dell Inspiron 5110 5V_S5 Resistance

Dear Technicians,

I have got a Dell Inspiron 5110 that I have removed the 3v/5v regulator.
The resistance of the 5V_S5 rail to ground is 10.5 ohms.
If anyone has this board, would you please confirm how much this resistance should be?

note: resistance of the 5V_S5 rail can be measured on PL4102 and PG4107 and pin5 of PU4105.

Does the 10.5 ohms indicate a short or is normal on 5V_S5?

Does anybody have this mainboard to measure resistance on PL4102 to ground?
Even a faulty mainboard will be good for this measurement.

PL4102 RESISTANCE TO GND 1080. Just checked with a new mb. Its either 3v or 5v coil-so cant be that low. Refer schematic to find out -something is shorted
