    German FTCAP (Fischer&Tausche), any good?

I've run into this brand on a local electronics show, as I lately got some requests for axial caps (for restoration of old equipment) and all the japanese brands already ceased production. I found some long-life (and high-temp for low voltages) series from Kemet, but also had a peak into this brand.

They say they still manufacture in Germany for 65 years now, so I wonder if they could be taken reliable? They have two interesting series, 105 and 125°C but both seem more like general purpose. Not that 40-80 yo equipment had much better caps in terms of ESR, though the rated life is only 2000-3000 hours. Kemet's PEG124 has way longer life, being long-life (thus lower ESR) for automotive.

I think that Kemet PEG124 series may originally have been a Rifa series. With a corporate merger or two in between, I think Kemet now owns Rifa.
