Default Asus M4A89GTDPRO not beeping at all ?

Everyone,

I got Asus M4A89GTD PRO...
I put no memory but it's not complaining at all with beep.

I check the voltage near the memory, it is neary 0V ...12mV
There are 4 FETs with very low voltage on the drain

The FET series is A48N03 and A09N03....could it be that I got a bad FET on this case ?
Does anyone have the schematic for this board ?

Cheers
