    a) FUSE (missing)

    or

    b) USB load switch (electronic fuse - much faster to react)

    You have the better option on this board.

      Does this seem like it's an issue with one of the ICs? If so, that's probably beyond my ability to fix. I would probably just have to replace the board in that case (or if we can't track down what the cause is).

      If it's something like a cap/mosfet/res then I can probably handle it (depending on the size of the component)
