Default Repaired Shear Back Stop Key Pad Enter Key not working

This was a real fun repair that I wanted to pull my hair out not that I have much hair left

We got this hand me down Shear from one of our other location—>

When first turn on the Shear the digital display would keep flashing the digits one at a time and the desmail point would also flash on and off

Took out the controller boards and recap them put them back in now the digits do not flash as much but now the enter key works when it felt like working

Took the controller boards out again and replace the MM74HC373N five of them
One LT1013CP and four of the 2N4401

Now every thing works the way it should work
