    Need Help...Mosfet ID

Could anyone possibly tell me the difference between mosfet DFP50N06 with 1007 printer above it and mosfet DFP50N06 with 0907 printed above it? These are on the same circuit board, just trying to figure out the difference. THnx in advance for any advice!

Those number can be date code, factory code, etc. not important.

Concur with budm. "0907" and "1007" are probably date codes, either YYWW (most common) or WWYY.
