    Twist-lock types are closer to general purpose than are the many flavors of low impedance types. 85C rated parts especially. So I'd go for rated voltage and value. If the T-UP series has been obsolete very long, you might find the package size is smaller, and/or in a 105C series. A 105C part might be a nice reliability upgrade. And, for example, a 45mm or 40mm diameter part might improve airflow if what you are repairing is fan cooled (or the convection pattern if convection cooled).

    I would still stick with a good brand, and AFAIK, CDE is a good brand.
