Problem with LG LW40 Express
there is a blown component in my LG LW40 Express can someone please tell me what kind of component encircled in the picture and it's value? and where can i buy this in the philippines?

This is a Panasonic tantalum capacitor from the TQC series. Capacitance is 22uF at 25V. Google for replacement sources. -
