It is odd that it looks as if the EN pin is not actually connected to anything.
Yep, something is not making sense right now since EN trace on the power supply board is connected to anything, unless the power supply board has detection circuit that turns the power supply fully on when heavy load is detected.

As far as I can tell, the EN signal is not used. Following the traces on the back, there is no R7, Q1, C8, or R10.

Looks like they must have made some revisions to the original circuit.

On the flip side, it looks like some places are beginning to stock the replacement board again. I see it for as low as $66.32 on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_n...ds=COV32809701

I bought one a couple weeks ago (before I saw them on Amazon and other sites). Paid a bit more as well.. Now i just need to find time to install it.

It worked. Thank you everyone for the help. Now, since I already replaced this TV... What do I do with an extra 60” TV???

Can you please provide the Voltage readings of this new working board so we will have that as future reference?

                          Hi
I am sorry to bother you but I do have a COV32809701 power supply with the same issue of low voltage on the 12v = 6.95V 24v = 15.64V and Both of the large caps are 163.2 VDC. I did replace d12 and checked other diodes and transistors with no help. it look as if tis is a common issue with the COV32809701 power supply. any suggestion.
thank you and I really appreciate your help.

Has anyone successfully repaired the power supply to this TV yet? I just acquired this same model TV with the green standby light flickering.

I'm repairing this power supply right now. My parts have not yet arrived so I have no progress yet. I will update with my story when I get them.

Yikes! I'll keep checking back here as I still want to repair my broken PSU. I got a good board to work off of but my multimeter crapped out.
