problem with changing board in samsung syncmaster S20v310b plus

hi to all
in samsung S20v310b plus after changing mainboard(damaged) i have a problem.blanking backlight.i have no signal without problem.
model code:ls20v300bschd (back cover label)
main board old: sa300/sa350 bn41-01592d rev no:mp 1.0 (20 inch)
new main board:sa300/sa350 bn41-01592b rev no:mp 1.0 ( 19 inch)
panel spec:LTM200KT08
i tested with several flash dump but just blinking backlight problem .
with some file no blinking but character is out of size.
please help me.
