hi
the problem is:
there is only 5v present in the board, and the laptop is dead with power button led is on whenever i plug the AC, there is no 3v, even it cannot charge, no volts on the battery terminals

on PU5 (as393m) on pin 2 instead of +3v i found only 1.1v
i also cannot find pu25 which is on the schematic= RT6575ag, i also have ddr3 not ddr4

i think thats the only schematic available. You need to find the IC that generates LDO 5V and 3V

on pin 1 of the power button, the volt is 3.3v, and led is always on

Do you have the same BQ24780S controller as in the schematic on page 52

Check the voltage on pins 5,6,27 with the AC and battery atatched.

all are zero volts

Measure the voltage and resistance to GND on +VA_AC and +VA
