Dell E6430 power led always on, cannot turn off, nothing on screen

    Hello!
First i thought that this fault is the usual GPU that needs reballing.
Then i noticed that when i plug the power adaptor to laptop the power LED get on immediately and never turns off even if i press the button for 10 seconds. Only way to turn it off is by unplugging laptop from power adaptor, so i thought that perhaps is a capacitor fault?
Also nothing appears on internal or external screen.

    Photos and schematics attached.
    Thank you in advance!!

All the large square grey coils, test voltage. Then with no power check resistance to ground.

Those coils may not be shorted to ground. Measure resistance on them in "Resistance" Mode. Low resistance is ok on cpu/gpu coils specially if cpu is soldered onboard.

              You are right
              PL1000 1v 6Ω
              PL1001 1v 6Ω
              PL1300 19.56
              PL1301 3.3
              PL5 19.56v
              PL6 0v 0.6Ω
              PL701 0v 3.6Ω
              PL702 0v 3.7Ω
              PL703 0v 3.8Ω
              PL704 0v 2.4Ω
              PL705 0v 2.4Ω
              PL200 1.5v
              PL102 5v
              PL101 3.3v
              PL400 1v
              PL500 0v 16.9Ω
              PL600 0v 15.8Ω

Do you want to measure the coils that have voltage too?

PL6 is ground man-no voltage is expected there.

I measured every coil just in case.

                    Any ideas?
Perhaps a corrupted BIOS or not?

Most likely a corrupted BIOS or Super IO controller.

                        Fixed
It was indeed a corrupt bios issue.
                        Thank you all!
