Are these capacitors General Purpose Chemi-con?

Hello, I'd like to know if all these capacitors are GP Nippon Chemi-con in this board from 1995.

I've found "SRG" in some of the black ones, this is labeled as "low profile" series, does this mean they are GP? In others I can't find any indication but they all have similar codes in the top. The green ones seem to have the Chemi-con logo.

Thanks! It's a Japanese Sega Saturn (HST-3210) "VA SG" board. Good stuff!

I'm now recapping a different Saturn board that, even working fine, had leaking SMD electrolytics. Some pads were damaged and had an oxidized surface, fortunately I think I've solved it with flux paste and fresh solder. I've recapped some Playstations, all of them had leaking SMD electrolytics but the pads were intact.
