Hello you,

I have a problem with TV #2.

It is a Samsung. The picture stays black but the sound in the menu is audible, but I don't see any menu.

I have already changed the T-Con board, there are now two LEDs on the board instead of one.

However, the screen remains black. When I disconnect one of the lower cables on the T-Con board, the TV turns on, but I don't see a menu.

The LED strips all seem to be lit - so it is unlikely that these are defective.

I need some input please to find other sources of error. Attached are the photos.

With the power off, disconnect one side at a time between the tcon and panel and see if one side displays an image.

did you make sure the numbers on the white sticker of the replacement tcon match the original tcon?

test the little white fuse on tcon by the connector, black neg. probe on chassis ground, red probe on each side, should be around 12 volts each side.
