When you indicated the component is shorted, what is the RESISTANCE reading in both direction? yes it read with continuity both side
What was the resistance of the that shorted 15V Zener that you first found in the beginning? ,, it read one side is 0.152 the other side VL

order IC and rectify diode, and zener diode, i will update my tv soon when i have all components

I need reading in Ohm.

That does not indicate as shorted because one way it shows 'OL'.

So what is the RESISTANCE reading between VCC and GND, I need that data?
The fusible should have blown too if it has shorted circuit that is why the fusible is in place.

That does not indicate as shorted because one way it shows 'OL'. ( NOW BOTH SIDE has continuity 000.0

So what is the RESISTANCE reading between VCC and GND(VCC and GND which board? powersupply or D1N ), I need that data?( I alreay removed IC, zener diode and the rectify out of circuit D1N

It is only 0.46 Ohm, it is not shorted. that is normal.
I am looking for the RESISTANCE reading of the original 15V zener that you removed and and the resistance reading between the two pads on the board where that 15V Zener was. RESISTANCE, nothing else.
Why are you checking R6603???
1) Do not use continuity mode for testing for shorted circuit, use Ohm meter and report the resistance reading in both directions.
2) I am beginning to believe that that the 51V zener is OK and the IC may be still OK but I cannot tell until you provide the RESISTANCE READINGS as requested. R6636 for that 12V power supply line would have blown open circuit by now if the IC and the Zener were shorted out.

It is only 0.46 Ohm, it is not shorted ((used ohm tesed is no reading)). that is normal.

I know the R6636 is blown used ohm mode tested it show not thing
used diode mode tested zener diode for both side it show 00.0
used continuity checked C6615 has sound

"R6603 on D1N is shorted too,," That is confusing DATA when you indicate that low ohm resistor is shorted. If that fusible for the 395V is blown then you have bigger problem, you need to check the resistance between Source and Drain pin of those MOSFETs to make sure they do not show low Ohm resistance.
