DELL 3558 NOT GETTING ON
PWRBTN 3.2V is present
AC ok is not available on charging Ic pin 5 and also RTCRST is not present pin 120 pls help

Which charger ic it uses?? On some charger ic, acok is pulled low and so it should be zero. So do check with charger ic datasheet as schematic is probably unavailable. You can trace the rtc circuit with a multimeter with a little bit of effort. RTCRST is must without which it will not turn on.
