A schematic for this power supply ?

Dear Badcaps Members,

Does anyone know the schematic of this PCB ?
I got burn on R17, replaced it, but still the voltage can not be adjusted ?
Can it be a problem of LM741 ?

You should post the other side of the board and someone may be able to reverse engineer it...What is the device?
