The data sheet says operating voltage between 5 to 28 volts, VCC pin = 6 volts, Enable pin =>1.8 volts
What voltages do you have?

I can't measure that, I have to turn the power supply, but how? :-)
I have no problems with LED all are fine
I have two
Power supplies bought the same problem
Find MP3398A protection pin

hello i have found something in google with power supply not the place, can you please mark the place for me?
ISET two resistors 5.09 K ohm and 4.68 K ohm

Try the 6th leg (ISET) to increase resistance. Instead of 7 kOhm, use 12 kOhm, the current drops and the voltage protection no longer works.

Remove the resistor 4701 from the red circle and solder it instead for example resistor 103
